GETTING THERE
Banaue is located 348 kilometers north of Manila and 333 kilometers north of Baguio City. Banaue can be reached by an 8 – 9 hours land transport from Manila via Cabanatuan road in Nueva Vizcaya or by six-hour drive from Baguio City via Halsema Highway and on to the Banaue-Bontoc Road or via Ambuklao – Kayapa – Aritao Nueva Vizcaya road taking up the Public Utility Van Transport.
Public Transport
From Manila, air-conditioned buses ply this route daily to Banaue. OHAYAMI BUS leaves at 10:00 P.M. from its terminal at P. Lacson Corner Fajardo St. Sampaloc Manila and FLORIDA BUS leaves at 10:45 P.M. also from its terminal at P. Lacson St. corner Earnshaw ST. Sampaloc, Manila near University of Santo Tomas. From Banaue, Ifugao, OHAYAMI and FLORIDA leave for Manila daily at 7:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M. respectively.
Private Transport
From EDSA, take the north Luzon Expressway then exit at Sta. Rita, Bulacan. Stay on the national road that would go through Baliuag, San Miguel, Cabanatuan, San Jose, Sta. Fe Nueva Ecija, Bayombong, Solano, Bagabag Nueva Viscaya. At the junction in Bagabag, take the left road going to Ifugao. (The road to the right goes to Isabela) Follow the road to Lamut – Lagawe that will lead you to Banaue. The trip takes about 8-9 hours.

Alternatively, a visitor can take a 1.5 hours plane flight to the nearest airport in Cauayan, Isabela plus a three to four hour drive to Banuae, Ifugao.
